While this course is not an actual scuba certification, during the PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience you will learn how to use scuba equipment in shallow water and get a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world.
When you participate in a Discover Scuba Diving program, you will discover the excitement and adventure – freedom and serenity of the underwater world. Nothing compares to the “weightless” exhilaration of breathing underwater. Only a diver knows the feeling!
In this course you are taught the basics of scuba diving and will complete one real dive supervised by an experienced PADI Instructor. This is an ideal course for either those who want a "one time experience" or those who want to sample the sport before taking a full Open Water course.
