Reservations are made with full payment at the time of booking. Cancellations made outside of 7 days of booking are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 2 - 7 days will be placed on store credit. Cancellations within 24 hours, late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable
It is important to arrive on time for check-in in order to avoid any disappointment. We make every attempt to keep our tours on schedule and value our customers time in this respect. Any bookings arriving late are subject to being denied access to the tour if Divers Den staff deem the late arrival will delay the scheduled departure. Please review the attached information sheet to your booking in order to ensure you arrive on time.

PADI Core Courses, Specialty Courses and Professional Courses
Course bookings are accepted with full payment at the time of booking. In the event a student needs to cancel and reschedule the course (due to illness or injury) the value of the course will be placed on store credit. There are no refunds on cancelled bookings for courses.
Night Dive Charters
All divers are required to have a tank light, primary and secondary lights for all night diving off our boat charters.
Merchandise Purchase
Merchandise purchases are return for store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original packaging/condition with proof of purchase.
